Software & Service Refunds
Due to the unrecoverable nature of our service and software products CRE Loaded Expert does not offer refunds for software license purchases under any circumstances. All software license and Service subscription sales shall be deemed final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable. You acknowledge that You have been made clearly aware of, and expressly agreed to, this no refund policy prior to making any purchases from, or submitting any payments to, CRE Loaded Expert.
Termination of this or any other existing Agreement between You and CRE Loaded Expert will not grant, produce, create or in any way imply Your eligibility for any refund of any payments made to CRE Loaded Expert by You or on Your behalf.
Cancellation
If Agreement is canceled before work is finished, Client, YOU, forfeits any payments made and may be held liable for breach of contract.
